RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You can create a return request after delivery. For a return to be accepted, the products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Return requests are considered for items that are incorrect, incomplete, damaged or significantly different from the product ordered.

Custom-made products, used products or products that have lost their resalable condition, altered products and items offered as final sale may not be eligible for return. Yakups.co reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the return conditions.

RETURN PROCESS

To create a return request, please first contact Yakups.co customer service. Once your request has been reviewed, shipping details will be sent to you for approved returns. After the product is received and the necessary checks are completed, approved refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
