1. What are the Purposes of Processing Personal Data and What Data Do We Process?
If you accept the Explicit Consent Text; (Explicit Consent: Consent given by the data subject with an informed, free will regarding a specific subject.)
To carry out membership procedures, to ensure that you benefit effectively from membership, to offer you advertisements, discounts, campaigns, and all kinds of opportunities suitable for your needs, wishes, and conditions in line with the purpose of Yakup's.co's creation, and to distinguish you from other Members: identification information (surname-name, Turkish ID number) and mobile phone number, e-mail address, and also data that you choose to enter into the system after becoming a member and that serves to personalize advertisements, campaigns, and discounts for marketing and segmentation purposes (e-mail, address, etc.).
In order to inform you about updates and changes related to your membership, Yakup's.co needs to share its contact information (mobile phone number, e-mail address).
To prevent Members or third parties from using Yakup's.co in violation of the membership agreement, legislation, and good morals, to detect suspicious transactions and illegal uses, and to perform blocking and unblocking operations: identity, communication, and transaction security information.
In case of participation in events such as campaigns, contests, sweepstakes announced on the mobile application, website, social networks, or other media: identity and contact information are required to determine who will be entitled to receive prizes and other benefits related to the said event, and to realize these benefits.
Commercial communication consent: All data entered and transmitted to Yakup's.co for the purpose of creating general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertisements, informative and marketing activities, and your marketing information including personal information recorded during system registration; Date of birth, gender, city and region/district you are in, education level, occupation/employment status, interests and hobbies (cultural, artistic, sports, etc.), approaches to notifications/surveys/offers/campaigns within the Mobile Application, favorites, likes, personally created lists of likes that you can share with third parties (including products and/or campaigns added to these lists and shared with third parties), behaviors, preferences, search movements, segments, survey responses, duration of Mobile Application use, information about the version of the Mobile Application, brand, model, technical specifications and operating system of the device used, information about the operator used, device ID, IP number, Mac address, cookie and advertising identifier, information about traffic on the site and application, value of purchases (as detailed above via the Yakup's.co website or Mobile Application), information about advertisements, discounts and all kinds of links offered.
Your personal data, limited to the purposes stated above, are shared with our business partners from whom we receive support in customer service processes, our suppliers and service providers, our group companies, and upon request, with authorized institutions and organizations in accordance with legal regulations and legislation, or with judicial authorities, to fulfill our legal obligations. In addition, we would like to state that data is processed anonymously, without individual-level evaluation, for the purpose of improving and developing request and complaint processes in live support correspondences and providing language support, and may be shared with the provider from whom we receive support in artificial intelligence processes.
Call Center/Customer Relations Processes When you contact Yakup's.co through communication channels (call center, e-mail, mobile application, website, social networks, WhatsApp, etc.) or to resolve issues and complaints conveyed to us through partner stores, in addition to the data listed above, the following personal data are processed:

2. To Whom and for What Purposes Can We Transfer Your Personal Data?
If you accept the explicit consent text, your data may be transferred to the following parties:
Yakup's.co's domestic or international service providers (call center services, collection and response to requests and complaints from social networks, software development and support services, advertising services, digital marketing and analysis, product support providers, agencies, publishers, device location data collection services, hosting services, electronic messaging service providers, online survey service providers, legal and financial consultancy firms) and business partners (affiliated companies, member stores, advertising agencies) to receive support for products and services in areas such as information technology, marketing/advertising/campaign activities or expert consultancy, to create personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions and advertisements, to conduct segmentation and marketing analysis studies, to present advertisements belonging to Yakup's.co member stores, advertisers and other third parties on the mobile application, website or other third-party media;
The relevant member store, when necessary, to monitor suspicious transactions, detect and prevent illegal activities, resolve requests and complaints, and identify and verify prize winners in processes such as campaigns/contests/events;
Relevant business partners (affiliated companies, member stores, and advertising agencies), in case of your participation in special/general campaigns carried out with them, to enable you to benefit from all kinds of advantages and discounts, to ensure reconciliation with business partners, to control transactions, to resolve disputes that may arise, and to resolve requests and complaints related to them;
In the event of the merger, sale, restructuring, reorganization, liquidation, or sale or transfer of all or part of Yakup's.co's assets in any other way, the potential buyer/acquirer or other successor, in cases where personal data held by Yakup's.co are among the transferred assets;
We may share information requested from us by public institutions and authorized organizations and judicial authorities to fulfill our legal obligations to provide information and documents, and to exercise our legal rights such as the right to sue and the right to reply.
3. What is the Method of Personal Data Collection and Its Legal Basis?
We collect your personal data through automatic methods such as recording the information you provide in the mobile application, on the website, or during registration into our systems, all purchases made through Yakup's.co, order and price information directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the website and mobile application, transactions, completing surveys, behavior records and actions, recording requests and complaints communicated during mutual communication via the call center, mobile application, website, our e-mail addresses, social networks and other communication channels, and automatically recording calls made to the call center.
In the Yakup's.co application, your data is collected based on the following legal grounds:
The necessity of processing personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, for the creation of Yakup's.co membership and the fulfillment of our obligations under the membership agreement;
Your "explicit consent" regarding the processes of processing your personal data within the framework of marketing, segmentation and analysis studies within your Yakup's.co membership;
Your "explicit consent" regarding commercial communication activities;
Regarding orders placed through the member store, the justifications of "the necessity of processing personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" and "the necessity of fulfilling the data controller's legal obligation" apply;
The necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, has been taken as a basis for the detection and prevention of suspicious transactions related to the use of the Yakup's.co program, studies on operational processes and our customer relations processes;
Regarding our obligations arising from legislation, the justifications of "the necessity of fulfilling the data controller's legal obligation" and "the explicit provision in the laws";
Regarding legal disputes, investigations and other judicial/official processes, "the necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" is taken as a basis.
You can refuse commercial electronic communication at any time and without giving any reason, and in cases where data is processed based on explicit consent, you can stop the processing processes by withdrawing your consent.
4. What Are Your Rights?
Regarding your data processed by Yakup's.co, you can contact us at any time to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law. You can submit your requests to Yakups Tekstil Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the data controller, by sending a written request to our address specified below, or by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail address in our system. We would like to remind you that if the relevant request needs to be made according to a special procedure required by the legislation, that procedure must be followed.
In accordance with Article 28, paragraph 2 of the Law, we remind you that even if you cannot request the rights stipulated in Article 11 of the Law (except for exceptional cases), you reserve the right to claim compensation in case of damage.
You can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to our company free of charge via electronic or physical documents, by notarized means or by using a secure electronic signature to registered e-mail addresses, through document means, through the contact forms on Yakup's.co, or through our contact information on the Yakup's.co website and application. If such a request is submitted to our company, it will be resolved within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the requested operation requires an additional cost or if our written response exceeds ten (10) pages, the fee specified in Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, may be charged.
The company has the right to request information and documents from the applicant to determine whether the requesting person is the data subject and to ask the data subject questions about their request, in order to clarify the requested information and requests.
In the following cases, your request may be rejected by our company with justification:
As stated above, the existence of one of the situations regulated in the first paragraph of Article 28 of the Law is an explicit situation outside the scope of the Law;
The necessity of processing data for the prevention of crime or for criminal investigation;
The possibility that the data subject's request may hinder the rights and freedoms of other persons;
Making disproportional and excessive effort-requiring, intentionally unfounded, unnecessary or malicious requests, or the requested information being publicly available;
Failure to comply with all conditions for the cessation of personal data processing;
The data retention period has not expired according to relevant laws (such as the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Labor Law, Tax Procedure Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Social Security and General Health Insurance Law).
