RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At YAKUP'S STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with the product you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the possibility to return them within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package, in accordance with the legislation in force (GEO 34/2014).

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (no signs of wear, stains, perfume smell or damage).

  • Please keep all original labels on them and, if possible, in their original packaging.

  • They must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Be careful: For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the protective seal has been removed or they show signs of use.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE (STEP BY STEP)

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Send us an email at contact@yakups.co with the subject "Return Request - Order No: [ORDER NUMBER]" or fill out the contact form on the site.

  2. Packaging: Securely place the products in a sturdy box or envelope so that they are not damaged during transport.

  3. Ship: Send the package through any express courier company to our address: Voluntari Boulevard, No. 106 bis, pavilion C28-15-16, Orient Complex, Voluntari Ilfov.

The return shipping fee is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. REFUND

After receiving the returned products and verifying their integrity:

  • The value of the products will be refunded within a maximum of: 14 working days.

  • The payment will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order (or by bank transfer to the IBAN account provided by you).

4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or model, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
